1/30. In his professional debut, Austin, wrestling under his real name, defeated Frogman Lablanc. He received $40 for the night.

2/30. People date the beginning of the attitude era from when Brian Pillman pointed a gun at Stone Cold on live air and the broadcast cut to commercial. People sat through the commercials wondering if Austin had been shot. It was an incredibly controversial story line at the time, and probably couldn't be done today.

3/30. Won first WWF title on March 29, 1998 by defeating "The Heartbreak Kid", Shawn Michaels.

4/30. Has had several serious injuries including a neck injury that kept him out of the ring for 8 months.

5/30. Austin and Hulk Hogan is considered the match that never was. Though they were at the height of their popularity, and in the same promotion, they never wrestled one-on-one. They did, however, once wrestle against each other in a tag team match. Hogan even body slammed him.
