Money don't grow on trees. Money has to be used sparingly for 99% of the people. So many spenders will do just about anything for a discount, even a discount in change. Now a lot of these people are often called... cheap. But frugal has a better tone, or smart. There is no reason you can't save some money in one moment to fund another. And often... there are just some things you can't be thrifty on.
