Knowable, a leader in enterprise contract intelligence, today announced it has named Gretchen Bakhshai as senior vice president of sales to oversee sales strategy and execution, building on Knowable’s success for enterprise clients. She will report directly to Mark Harris, CEO of Knowable.
Harris, who is one of the original founders of Axiom, tapped Bakhshai for her experience in building successful commercial sales teams, her operational excellence, and her ability to build and scale a high-performing sales organization focused on customer needs. Most recently, Bakhshai served as vice president of life sciences at Axiom, where she led the development and expansion of the national life science team, accelerating client partnerships and delivering significant revenue growth. She has an extensive background as a results-driven commercial and operations leader in the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors, previously working at IQVIA, Novo Nordisk and Takeda Pharmaceuticals.

Bakhshai earned an MBA from St. Joseph’s University and received a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University. Bakhshai is the recipient of numerous professional awards, and is a member of several prestigious leadership organizations including the International Women's Leadership Association, National Association of Professional Women and the Healthcare Businesswoman's Association.
