Knowable, a global leader in machine-learning enabled contract data management and enterprise contract intelligence and AMBAR PARTNERS, the Spanish leader on high-end flexible and agile legal talent, have signed a partnership agreement to jointly offer their services.Knowable was spun off from Axiom Global Inc. in February 2019. Mark Harris and Alec Guettel, Axiom’s co-founders, lead Knowable as CEO and CFO, respectively.
The agreement is the result of Ambar’s determined strategy to offer Spanish and Latin American companies machine-learning technology and other cutting-edge technological tools. Ambar is currently developing in-house or with other technological partners several other project management, document review and contractual automatization tools.
The agreement will allow Ambar’s clients to access Knowable technology in machine learning, contract data, event-driven analytics (including M&A, regulatory driven changes and other projects that require contract review) and access to Knowable’s data management platform.
