Amy Thomas
Head of Client Experience
Amy Thomas serves as Head of Client Experience. Previously, Amy held various leadership roles at both Knowable and Axiom, including VP Global Legal Technology Managed Services and VP Customer Success. Prior to joining Axiom, Amy led Professional Services and Customer Solutions teams. Amy is responsible for client relationship management and the delivery of technology-enabled solutions that transform how organizations understand and manage their contracts. Amy is a Western Carolina Business School alumnus.
Dave Brewer
Head of Commercial
Dave Brewer is the Head of Commercial at Knowable. Dave joined Knowable following its spin-off from Axiom where he served as Sr. Manager of the Life Sciences Practice. Prior to Axiom, he held a variety of award-winning sales and leadership positions in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Industry. Dave has a Business of Administration degree from Messiah University.
James Tracy
Head of Engineering
James Tracy is the Vice President of Engineering at Knowable Inc., where he leads the development of scalable, intelligent platforms that power next-generation legal technology solutions. With over a decade of experience in healthcare technology—including 11 years at Change Healthcare—James was an early cloud technology adopter in the healthcare space as far back as 2011. Prior to joining Knowable, he served as Director of Engineering at Axiom. James is the chief architect behind the Knowable Platform and holds multiple patents in advanced machine learning systems, semantic search, and adaptive UI technologies, developed during his work with RELX Inc.
Matt Jaksa
Head of Operations
Matt Jaksa serves as the Head of Operations at Knowable. Previously, Matt held various leadership roles at both Knowable and Axiom, including leading global managed services teams to deliver innovative contract intelligence and contract management solutions. Prior to joining Axiom, Matt practiced law, focusing his practice on complex commercial litigation. He is licensed to practice in California and Illinois. Matt holds a JD from University of Oregon School of Law and a BA in English from University of Minnesota Duluth.
