What is your role at Knowable?
I am a Senior Associate, Commercial Operations and Analytics. This means I generate insights through data to improve decision making for the commercial team. I’m mainly focused on engineering pipeline routines that improve predictability, accountability, and accuracy, as well as maintaining and optimizing our sales systems to improve efficiency and ensureclean data collection and reporting.
Why did you choose to work here?
I first joined the Knowable team almost 3 years ago now. The interview process felt natural and it was clear how I would impact the organization. It was an easy decision and I couldn’t have been happier when I received an offer!
What are the people like at Knowable?
The people here are the best part of coming into work each day! From peers to management, there is a true all-hands-on-deck atmosphere to get things done. The people here want you to succeed and continue to learn and improve your skillsets.
What is one of your favorite projects that you’ve worked on?
One of my favorite recurring projects is providing a helping hand in our sales forecast. This has been an on-going process of optimizing how we collect and interpret data to provide a truly predictable and accurate forecast. There are a lot of people that provide support to get to the final deliverable and it has always been great collaborating with a bunch of brilliant minds that’re close to this process.
Why do you love coming to work each day?
A few things… First, the people! I feel like I am always learning something new from someone each day. Second, I love what I do! There is a lot of variety throughout my day that keeps me engaged. That’s been super important in a remote environment.
